  • Business transferees in mergers/acquisitions/financings.

  • With your consent or direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. In some jurisdictions (e.g., California), certain ad cookies may be deemed “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Consent withdrawals apply going forward and don’t affect prior lawful processing.
